Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Preorder items may have different processing times, which will be noted in the product description.

Shipping:
Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders of $80 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Faith That Sparkles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Carrier Delays:
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Faith That Sparkles is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Missing Packages:
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will assist you with the next appropriate steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Faith That Sparkles within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
