Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be considered for a return.

Earrings (Sanitary Policy)

For the health and safety of all our customers, earrings are final sale. Once earrings have been opened or worn, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@faiththatsparkles.com with your order number and photos, and we will take care of it.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection.
